Happy Valentine's Day!

Hello everyone - and Happy Valentine's Day from the Hedeen family! We haven't done a post in awhile; sorry! Little busy around here...working and doing schoolwork and living life. Paige made an executive decision to no longer eat baby food and prefers 'real' food; she crawled up a few stairs the other day for the first time and thought that was pretty fun; she finally started saying "Dad...dad-dad-dada" but quit saying "mommommmommm"; so one of us is happy, and the other one is sad. No, not really. No spankings yet - and no need for them either :)

Jesse is busy with personal training in the evenings, he is working with some fun clients right now so he is enjoying that. He works 'bankers' hours in the day and trainer's hours in the evenings and weekend. I'm still enjoying my super-busy job in the accounting department at Glacier Bancorp and am also working on finishing my accounting degree online. My goal is to eventually become a CPA. This will be a long hard year juggling work, school, family and whatever else...but worth it. My knee rehab is coming along pretty good. I told my therapist awhile ago that I couldn't afford him anymore and he set me up with a program to do at the gym on my own. I am regaining pretty good strength and I don't limp anymore, but I still have about thirty degrees of bend to get. There is a lot of scar tissue so I have to push painfully past that. The most exciting progress is that I can finally wear heels again! I know some people wouldn't understand that...but when all of my shoes have heels, and when all my pants and skirts are too long without them, well it's a little depressing. However, it did give me a good excuse to go buy a couple new pairs of shoes. :)

Anything else new? Oh yeah, we recently sold my little red escort and bought a Tahoe. The escort had seen its better days with us and it was time for another high-school girl to drive it instead of us. The Tahoe came in perfect time as the day we bought it we had a blizzard and our other car, the Mazda3 does not do well on winter roads. The Tahoe will be nice for Jesse to haul some training equipment in and for a safer, comfier ride for Paige. Of course, our Mazda is still a nice car and I'm excited to have that as "my" car now.

That's the latest in our little world.

I know the main reason for checking the blog is to see pictures of little Miss Paige...so here she is....
